Who do we work with?
SSC/BPO companies in Poland make up a large group of our clients. We also work with global companies from the financial sector, companies from the logistics and service sectors, and software houses.
How is the recruitment fee charged?
We work on a success fee basis. This means that we charge the recruitment fee only after the Client hires the Candidate.
When is the recruitment service invoiced?
The fee is charged when the Candidate starts working for the Client. This is when we issue the invoice.
