In connection with the recruitment process, please read the following information concerning the principles of personal data processing

Who we are?

IT Professionals Sp. z o.o., KRAZ no: 21150, with its registered office in (00-844) Warsaw, at Grzybowska 80/82 loc. 700 will be the administrator of your personal data submitted via the application form via the website: www.itprofessionals.com.pl; this means that we will decide on the purposes and means of their processing.

For what purpose and on what basis are my personal data processed?

Your personal data will be processed in order to:

– Actions aimed at concluding a contract of employment or another type of cooperation agreement – on the basis of article 6(1)(b) of RODO with regard to the data specified in article 221§1 of the Labour Code, such as: education, professional experience, skills and qualifications possessed, and in the case of data: name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact data on the basis of article 6(1)(c) of RODO in connection with the above provision.

– If you voluntarily provide a wider range of personal data than those listed above, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent. Consent shall be understood as your voluntary action expressed, for example, by sending us your application documents as a person interested in a job offer. On the same basis (consent) we will process your personal data for future recruitment projects – in accordance with article 6(1)(a) RODO for a period of 36 months until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. We will also ask for your consent if we recommend your candidacy to our Client for whom we are conducting a recruitment process. We will inform you of the identity of this client in the consent.

– If in your application you voluntarily indicate personal data of a special category as defined in article 9(1) RODO (e.g. describe your health condition), we will ask for your written consent to process such personal data – pursuant to article 9(2)(a) RODO.

– If we contact you via career platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) to present a job offer we have, such processing will be based on our legitimate interest, pursuant to article 6(1)(f) RODO. 

Who will have access to my data? Will my data be processed only within the European Economic Area?

Your personal data may be disclosed by us to entities that provide us with: technical and IT support, legal support, accounting support (hosting services, maintenance and servicing of IT systems, more on this: [here]). Access to your personal data will also have entities for which we conduct the recruitment process (i.e. your future potential employers), their identity will be communicated to you and you will be asked for consent to provide them with access to your personal data contained in your application documents – CV, cover letter, etc. Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities in accordance with and within the limits of applicable law and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or the International Organization.

How long will my personal information be processed?

Your personal data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process. In the case of granting consent for future recruitment, your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent, but no longer than 36 months, depending on what comes first.

What rights do I have?

The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the RODO

– The right to rectification of data, to have it updated, in accordance with Article 16 of the RODO

– The right to erasure (right to be forgotten/forgotten), in accordance with Article 17 of the RODO

– The right to restrict the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the RODO

– The right to data portability (where technically possible), pursuant to Article 20 of the RODO

– The right to object to the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 21 of the RODO where the processing is based on our legitimate interest

– The right to withdraw consent at any time by sending information to: personaldata@itprofessionals.com.pl. At the same time, we inform you that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the compatibility of the processing carried out before its withdrawal – pursuant to Article 7(3) RODO.

– Right to transparent communication and full information – pursuant to Article 12-14 RODO

– Please be informed that pursuant to Article 19 of the RODO, you have an obligation to receive information from the Administrator about the erasure or rectification or restriction of the processing of your personal data, if you have requested the exercise of these rights.

I believe that my personal data is being unfairly processed. What can I do?

In the first instance, please contact us as the administrator of your personal data. If, in spite of the explanations provided, you still believe that our processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RODO), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw, at 2 Stawki Street – in accordance with Article 77 of RODO.

Do I need to provide my personal data?

Providing personal data in the scope of Article 221§1 of the Labour Code is required by the regulations of the Labour Code, in case of failing to provide them, we will not be able to start cooperation and recommend your candidacy to our Client, and your future employer.

How do you process my personal data? 

Your personal data is not processed by automated means, the administrator does not use profiling.
