History and goals of the company
IT Professionals was established in June 2016. Our main goal from the beginning is to effectively support two sides of the recruitment process – a Candidate and their future Employer. We realize that the key to the success of any organization is the right people, so we make the best efforts to find the best possible match between the Candidate and the Client. It is equally important to us that the relationship with both sides of the recruitment process is built on the principle of partnership, and the process itself is carried out in the shortest possible time.
We are proud of the fact that in 5 years of our existence we have already managed to help hundreds of people who have changed their jobs for the better. We are also proud that in the same period of time we have already supported dozens of companies that were able to reach their business goals thanks to new, properly qualified Employees.

Our team consists of people who work with passion, enjoy contact with other people and have a good knowledge of the market. We are a strong team that likes to share knowledge and support each other. Pandemic time has shown us that even at a distance we feel strength of our relationships. We are people who work with dedication, looking for the best and shortest ways to achieve our goal.
Our consultants, for large part, have at least several years of experience in the IT recruitment field.
The people who manage IT Professionals have been involved in the IT industry and the IT recruitment field for more than a dozen years.
